Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy alcoholic beverages during the Bottomless Brunch.

2. Duration:
Bottomless Brunch is limited to a two-hour timeframe from the start of your reservation.

3. Responsible Service:
We encourage responsible drinking. Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated or underage.

4. Drink Selection:
Bottomless drinks are limited to selected beverages, as per the menu. Specific drink options may vary and are subject to availability.

5. One Drink at a Time:
One drink per person will be served at a time. Your next drink will be provided once your current one is finished.

6. No Sharing:
Sharing drinks with others who have not purchased the Bottomless Brunch is not allowed.

7. Meal Included:
Each brunch package includes a meal from our designated Bottomless Brunch menu.

8. No Takeaways:
Leftover food and drinks cannot be taken away from the venue.

9. Table Time Limit:
Your reserved table will be available for two hours, and your brunch experience must conclude within this time.

10. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your reservation, your two-hour brunch window will still end at the originally scheduled time.

11. Cancellations and Changes:
Please notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

12. Management’s Rights:
B+B York reserves the right to amend or terminate the Bottomless Brunch offer, refuse service, or make changes to these terms and conditions at our discretion.

13. Misuse:
Any misuse of the Bottomless Brunch, including excessive intoxication, not abiding by these terms, or any disruptive behavior, may result in immediate termination of your brunch experience without a refund. Drinks will be limited to 10 drinks per customer.
